I have found my ‘Jacob wrestled with God’ moments as the place I twist and turn and unfold out of into a new space of understanding. Suffering has required a big tussle for years with me & God. He has finally won me over. I accept it.
It still makes me angry and disappointed, but I can see a glimmer of its purpose.
